Dallas Oaks Farm

We are a 3rd generation family farm with a small herd of registered myotonic "fainting" goats.  Our farm is located just north of Morehead, KY, at the foothills of the Appalachian mountains and at the north end of the Daniel Boone National Forest. Our farm is named after my dad, Dallas, who passed away in 2015. He worked in the lumber industry and loved all of the oak trees on the farm, hence we named the farm "Dallas Oaks Farm".

We started breeding myotonic goats in early 2020, and currently have 22 myotonic goats. Herd tested negative for CAE and Johne's on April 21, 2021 (we did not test for CL this year). We only test for CL every 2 years.

 We are hoping to raise and sell ducklings and sell chicken eggs in 2022.

We are a registered breeder with the Myotonic Goat Registry and also an approved Kentucky Proud and Appalachian Proud farm.
